Decent products, slow support

I ordered the Kumkumadi Face Oil and the Saffron Magic Soap. Both products feel nice on my skin and seem to be of good quality. The Kumkumadi oil has a pleasant scent. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in California, which was a minor downside. I also had a question about my tracking number and customer service took two days to reply, which could be faster. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products themselves and the value for money, but shipping and support could be improved slightly.

They're pretty good about being paraben-free and all that. I'd still do a patch test, but overall, their ingredient lists look much cleaner than a lot of other brands.

Forest Essentials is super pricey, so it's a bit hard to compare directly. Ghar Soaps' oil is really good for the price though. My skin loves it, feels nourishing. Maybe not as 'luxurious' as FE, but effective.

I've used both! The Ghar Soaps Kumkumadi is a great everyday oil, very effective. Forest Essentials feels more like a treat, but for results, Ghar Soaps holds its own, especially for the money.
